After fluid resuscitation of patients with hemorrhagic shock, how to reduce organ injury is a research hotspot of this field in recent years. Studies have shown that hypertonic saline solution and pentoxifylline in the early resuscitation of hemorrhagic shock can not only rapidly enhance effective circulating blood volume and improve tissue perfusion, but also effectively reduce organ damage after resuscitation. It provides a good basis for further treatment after admission. This resuscitation model of resuscitation fluid combined with "resuscitation drug" provides a new idea for the pre-hospital of patients in hemorrhagic shock, there is need for further in-depth study.
