目的明确心理干预及眼部护理干预在重症多形红斑患者中应用.方法干预组实行情绪干预、认识偏差干预、行为矫正及眼睛闭合训练,对比分析两组患者干预前后SCL-90得分的差异.结果两组干预后视力差异有显著性(P＜0.05);干预组患者干预后总分及各因子得分除恐怖因子外较干预前均显著降低,同时干预组患者干预后总分及各因子得分除恐怖因子外与对照组相比差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论眼部护理干预对于改善重症多形红斑患者视力有积极作用,以情绪干预、认识偏差干预及行为矫正为主要内容的心理干预措施能有效提高患者的心理健康水平.

Objective To observer the effect of psychological nursing intervention and eye care for the patients with severe erythema muhiforme.Msthoda The SCL-90 scores of the intervention group and the control group were compared.Results The visual acuity of the two groups after the intervention was significandy different(X2=4.930,P=0.026)while the hospitalization time of the intenrention group was shorter than that ofthe control group.The SCL-90 total score and the score of the factors except Dhobia factor of the intervention group were significantly different with those of the control group and decreased than that score before the intervention.Conclusion The comprehension nursing intervention was effective in improving the visual acuity and the mental health of the patients with severe erythema multiforme.
