通过悬浮聚合制备了丙烯酰胺-丙烯腈-二乙烯基苯三元共聚物以及丙烯腈-二乙烯基苯二元共聚物。讨论了三元共聚物中丙烯酰胺与丙烯睛摩尔比对载体性能的影响。以载体对牛血清蛋白(BSA)的结合量来确定三元共聚物的最佳摩尔比。研究了交联度对聚丙烯腈二元共聚物性能的影响,同时对聚丙烯酸,聚丙烯腈,聚丙烯酸酯类载体性能优劣进行了比较。

A series of acrylamide-acrylonitrile copolymer crosslinked withdivinylbenzene were synthesized by suspension polymerization. The continuous phase was 34% aqueous solution of calcium chloride, The discontinuous organic phase was composed of monomer, crosslinking agent and poregenerating solvent petroleum ether(b.p.90-120℃). The initiator benzoy1 peroxide was added to the monomer prior to suspension, and the rate of agitation was controlled at 800 rpm. At 65℃ polymerization was allowed to proceed for 24 h. At optimum molar ratio of acrylamide to acrylonitrile,high binding capacity of the bovine serum albumin on this carrier was obtained. It is showed that the polyacrylic resins were effective carriers for the immobilization of enzyme.
