针对新建、改(扩)建污水处理厂占地面积受限的实际情况,以污水处理厂出水水质提标为目标,提出MBR工艺、强化生物脱氮+磁分离工艺、强化生物脱氮+微絮凝工艺三种短流程提标工艺,并通过中试和生产性试验,探讨短流程提标工艺的可行性.试验结果表明,三种工艺出水水质均能够稳定达到<城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准>(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准,与传统活性污泥法+传统深度处理工艺比较,其水力停留时间更短,缩短了工艺流程.在此基础上,还进行了三种工艺的技术经济分析.
針對新建、改(擴)建汙水處理廠佔地麵積受限的實際情況,以汙水處理廠齣水水質提標為目標,提齣MBR工藝、彊化生物脫氮+磁分離工藝、彊化生物脫氮+微絮凝工藝三種短流程提標工藝,併通過中試和生產性試驗,探討短流程提標工藝的可行性.試驗結果錶明,三種工藝齣水水質均能夠穩定達到<城鎮汙水處理廠汙染物排放標準>(GB 18918-2002)一級A標準,與傳統活性汙泥法+傳統深度處理工藝比較,其水力停留時間更短,縮短瞭工藝流程.在此基礎上,還進行瞭三種工藝的技術經濟分析.

Based on the area limitation of the construction and reconstruction of the wastewater treatment plant and the goal to improve the effluent quality,three short porcesses-MBR,combination of advanced bio-denitrification and magnetic separation,combination of advanced bio-denitrification and micro-coagulation,were put forward to improve processing technique standards,and the possibilities of these short processes were discussed by pilot experiments and production experiments.The results showed that all short processes could all steadily satisfy the first grade A standard in Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002).Compared with the combination of traditional activated sludge process and conventional advanced process,the hydraulic retention time was shorter,the processes were simplified.Based on the technical analysis,the economical technical analysis of these short processes were also carried out.
