应用实验和数值方法研究了塑件壁厚的不均匀性对注塑填充过程熔体流动的影响,总结了注射温度、压力以及壁厚差异程度对非均匀壁厚塑件注塑流动过程的影响规律.研究发现,(1)塑件壁厚的不均匀性对注塑流动过程影响很大;(2)中面模型无法考虑壁厚差对流动过程的影响,表面模型也不能准确反映有壁厚差时的实际流动,只有三维模型才能得到考虑壁厚差影响的注塑流动填充过程的准确结果;(3)如果增大注射的温度或压力,会降低壁厚差异对注塑流动过程的影响程度.

Experimental and numerical methods were applied to study the impact of the non-uniformity of the plastic parts' wall thickness on the melt flow situation in injection flowing process, and the affects of injec-tion temperature, injection pressure as well as the degree of wall thickness' differences on the injection flowing process of the plastic parts with non-uniform thickness were summarized. It was found that, (1) non-uni-formity of the plastic parts' wall thickness had great effect on the injection flowing process; (2) The influence of the different wall thickness toward the flowing process can't be taken into consideration in mid-plane model. The fusion model also can't reflect the actual flowing process when different wall thickness exists, only 3D Model can be used to consider the accurate results of the impact of different wall thickness toward injection flowing process, (3) If the temperature or the pressure of the injection increased, the influence of different wall thickness on the flow of the injection process reduced.
