After the overhaul of Shenhua Yili Power Plant's # 2 turbine units and during the grid connection,in the low-pressure cylinder the expanding variation increases to reach the value of tripping.Through analyzing the principle of thermodynamic control measurement and the unit operating conditions,this study finds out that the design of the installation location of expansion variation sensor in the thermal-control low-pressure cylinder causes the expansion variation,and it proposes the solution to accordingly eliminate the problem.
