设计了一个外斯型电磁铁,采用有限元方法对其磁场强度进行了三维模拟。推导了极头的设计方法,并计算了不同气隙间距和不同线圈电流条件下的磁场分布。结果表明,采用有限元模拟后的磁场比用简单磁路方法计算的结果更加准确。
設計瞭一箇外斯型電磁鐵,採用有限元方法對其磁場彊度進行瞭三維模擬。推導瞭極頭的設計方法,併計算瞭不同氣隙間距和不同線圈電流條件下的磁場分佈。結果錶明,採用有限元模擬後的磁場比用簡單磁路方法計算的結果更加準確。

A Weiss-type electromagnet was designed,and the three-dimensional magnetic fields were simulated by the finite element method(FEM).The design principles of the poles were given,and the magnetic fields were calculated with different gaps and coil currents.The results show that the magnetic fields calculated by FEM are more accurate than those by the simple magnetic circuit method.
