合成了取代度〉0.8的羧甲基壳聚糖钙阻垢剂,对最佳合成条件下所得产物进行了红外和核磁共振氢谱表征.探讨了糖水溶液中,取代度、合成温度、钙离子与阻垢剂浓度、恒温温度与时间及蔗糖溶液pH值对羧甲基壳聚糖阻垢性能的影响.结果表明:羧甲基壳聚糖对钙阻垢率〉91%,表明羧甲基壳聚糖是一种性能良好的绿色蔗糖工业钙阻垢剂.
閤成瞭取代度〉0.8的羧甲基殼聚糖鈣阻垢劑,對最佳閤成條件下所得產物進行瞭紅外和覈磁共振氫譜錶徵.探討瞭糖水溶液中,取代度、閤成溫度、鈣離子與阻垢劑濃度、恆溫溫度與時間及蔗糖溶液pH值對羧甲基殼聚糖阻垢性能的影響.結果錶明:羧甲基殼聚糖對鈣阻垢率〉91%,錶明羧甲基殼聚糖是一種性能良好的綠色蔗糖工業鈣阻垢劑.

Carboxymethyl chitosan with a degree of substitution 0.8 was synthesized under optimum reaction condition.The product was analyzed with IR and H-NMR.The effects of degree of substitution,synthesis temperature,concentration of Ca2+ and scaling inhibition,at constant temperature,time and pH of solution on the scale inhibition performances of the carboxymethyl chitosan was studied.The results indicate that carboxymethyl chitosan has better Ca2+ inhibition performance with inhibiting rate 91%.
