目的 观察复合因素(外部湿热环境、高糖高脂饮食及病原微生物)致脾胃湿热证大鼠的行为学改变以及三仁汤对其干预作用.方法 50只雄性Wistar大鼠采用数字表法随机分为对照组、脾胃湿热证组、三仁汤高、中、低剂量组,通过旷场实验观察大鼠行为学改变,同时观察三仁汤对行为的改善情况.结果 脾胃湿热证大鼠行为发生改变,三仁汤对大鼠行为均有明显改善作用,三仁汤各剂量组与脾胃湿热证组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),但各剂量组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 复合因素可以改变脾胃湿热证大鼠的行为学,三仁汤对其行为有干预作用.

목적 관찰복합인소(외부습열배경、고당고지음식급병원미생물)치비위습열증대서적행위학개변이급삼인탕대기간예작용.방법 50지웅성Wistar대서채용수자표법수궤분위대조조、비위습열증조、삼인탕고、중、저제량조,통과광장실험관찰대서행위학개변,동시관찰삼인탕대행위적개선정황.결과 비위습열증대서행위발생개변,삼인탕대대서행위균유명현개선작용,삼인탕각제량조여비위습열증조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05혹P<0.01),단각제량조간차이무통계학의의(P>0.05).결론 복합인소가이개변비위습열증대서적행위학,삼인탕대기행위유간예작용.
Objective To study the effect of composite factors (external damp and hot environment, high carbonhydrate and high fat diet and pathogenic microorganism) on the changes in the behavior of rats with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome and intervention effect of Sanren decoction.Methods Fifty male Wister rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: the normal control group, the model group (with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome) and the high, medium and low doses Sanren decoction groups. The behavior of the rats was monitored with open-field test and effect of Sanren decoction on behavior was also observed.Results Experiments showed that there were changes in the behavior of rats with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome. Sanren decoction with various doses had effect on the behavior of the rats(P<0.05 or P<0.01), and significant statisfical differences could be seen, when they were compared with the rats with spleen and stomach dampheat syndrome. However, no statistical differences could be seen between groups treated with different doses(P>0.05).Conclusions Composite factors could change the behavior of the rats with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome, and Sanren decoction obviously had certain intervention effect on the behavior of rats.
