目的观察氯沙坦联合双氢克尿噻治疗原发性高血压的疗效及安全性.方法 40例原发性高血压患者,每天服氯沙坦50 mg、双氢克尿噻12.5 mg,观察降压疗效和对实验室检验结果的影响,在治疗2、4、8周末记录血压、心率及不良反应情况.结果治疗8周后血压明显下降(P<0.01),总有效率90%.治疗前后心率,肝、肾功能,血脂,血糖,血尿酸,电解质等均无明显变化(P>0.05).结论氯沙坦联合双氢克尿噻治疗原发性高血压具有疗效好、不良反应少的优点.
목적 관찰록사탄연합쌍경극뇨새치료원발성고혈압적료효급안전성.방법 40례원발성고혈압환자,매천복록사탄50 mg、쌍경극뇨새12.5 mg,관찰강압료효화대실험실검험결과적영향,재치료2、4、8주말기록혈압、심솔급불량반응정황.결과 치료8주후혈압명현하강(P<0.01),총유효솔90%.치료전후심솔,간、신공능,혈지,혈당,혈뇨산,전해질등균무명현변화(P>0.05).결론 록사탄연합쌍경극뇨새치료원발성고혈압구유료효호、불량반응소적우점.
Objective To evaluate the effects and safety of Iosartan and hydrochlorothiazide combination in trea-ting essential hypertension. Methods Forty patients received]osartan 50 mg and hydrocldorothiazide 12.5 mg once a day. Blood pressure and laboratory indexes were measured to evaluate its effect and safety. At the end of 2,4, 8 weeks after treatment,blood pressure,heart rate(HR) and adverse reaction were recorded. Results Blood pressure decreased signifi-cantly after 8 weeks treatment (P < 0.01). The total effective rates were 90%. There was no change in heart rate, liver and renal function, blood potassium, sodium, chlorine, blood lipid, blood glucose and blood uric acid before and after treat-ment(P > 0.05). Conclusions Losartan combined with hydroehlorothiazide is effective in the treatment of essential hy-pertension with less side effect.
