从机理上分析了某100MW汽轮机调速器滑阀连杆弯曲故障的产生条件,是由于分配滑阀卡涩,转速降低时调速块堵住随动滑阀喷油嘴,导致随动滑阀前油压升高,从而使连杆发生弯曲。给出了避免故障发生的措施。
從機理上分析瞭某100MW汽輪機調速器滑閥連桿彎麯故障的產生條件,是由于分配滑閥卡澀,轉速降低時調速塊堵住隨動滑閥噴油嘴,導緻隨動滑閥前油壓升高,從而使連桿髮生彎麯。給齣瞭避免故障髮生的措施。

In this paper, the fault of speed governor valve's pole bendoccurred in certain 100MW steam turbine is studied. It is examined that the cause is the jam of distribution valve. when the speed slows, the speeder block jams the nozzle, and the oil pressure in the front of valve increases, thus the pole is bended. In the end the measures avoiding the fault are presented.
