目的:建立飞扬草的薄层色谱鉴别方法.方法:以槲皮苷、没食子酸为对照品,采用不同溶剂、不同展开系统进行薄层色谱实验研究.结果:以甲醇为提取溶剂,氯仿-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-甲酸(6:2.5:1.5:0.2)为展开剂,分离效果较好.结论:该方法简便,快捷,专属性强,可用于飞扬草的鉴别.

목적:건립비양초적박층색보감별방법.방법:이곡피감、몰식자산위대조품,채용불동용제、불동전개계통진행박층색보실험연구.결과:이갑순위제취용제,록방-을산을지-갑순-갑산(6:2.5:1.5:0.2)위전개제,분리효과교호.결론:해방법간편,쾌첩,전속성강,가용우비양초적감별.
Objective:To establish the method of TLC for Chinese traditional medicine Euphorbia hirta L.Method:Using quercitrin as comparison, Did research of TLC to Euphorbia hirta L.through different solvent and different deployment systems. Results:Methanol was used as solvent and chloroform- ethyl acetate -methanol-formic acid (6:2.5:1.5:0.2)was used as develop-er,it has good separation effect.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and special.it can be used as identification for Euphor-bia hirta L.
