Aiming at the present oil consumption of coal-fired boiler, combining with the features of boiler devices, system and operation mode, the three period in starting-up process, which have greater oil-saving potential, were analyzed emphatically, and concrete oil-saving measures were proposed. The obvious effect was obtained by adopting these measures.
