A kind of intelligent instrument for testing air-leakage is introduced,which is based on the theories of direct pressure leak tea-ting and infrared lather flow meter.This paper analyses the composition and functional principle of conditioning circuits for detection of lath-er.The DC disturbance can be eliminated by the conditioning circuits.The principle of system is also described including the gas path dis-gram,hardware schematic diagram,software flow chart.This high precision and portable intelligent instrument can measure the different range of pressure and detect both the leakage and leakage rate at same time.
