对18种饲用禾本科植物的叶片、叶鞘、茎杆的维生素C和可溶性糖含量进行测定与分析.结果表明:类芦、石茅茎秆维生素C含量最高,达300 mg/kg以上,与其余供试植物茎秆维生素C含量差异显著;青香茅茎秆可溶性糖含量较高,与其余供试植物茎秆可溶性糖含量差异显著.石茅、矮象草、斑茅、王草、甘巴草叶片维生素C含量在256.67~319.53 mg/kg之间,与其余供试植物叶片维生素C含量差异显著;石茅、类芦叶片可溶性糖含量最高,在125 g/kg左右,与其余供试植物叶片可溶性糖含量差异显著.杂交狼尾草、石茅叶鞘维生素C含量最高,在196.18~205.14 mg/kg之间,与除菅外的与其余供试植物叶鞘维生素C含量差异显著;甜根子草叶鞘可溶性糖含量最高,与其余供试植物叶鞘可溶性糖含量差异显著.18种植物不同部位之间雏生素C含量有明显区别;除石芒草外其余供试植物的不同部位之间可溶性糖含量差异显著,除青香茅外其余供试植物的可溶性糖含量呈现叶片>叶鞘>茎秆的趋势.

대18충사용화본과식물적협편、협초、경간적유생소C화가용성당함량진행측정여분석.결과표명:류호、석모경간유생소C함량최고,체300 mg/kg이상,여기여공시식물경간유생소C함량차이현저;청향모경간가용성당함량교고,여기여공시식물경간가용성당함량차이현저.석모、왜상초、반모、왕초、감파초협편유생소C함량재256.67~319.53 mg/kg지간,여기여공시식물협편유생소C함량차이현저;석모、류호협편가용성당함량최고,재125 g/kg좌우,여기여공시식물협편가용성당함량차이현저.잡교랑미초、석모협초유생소C함량최고,재196.18~205.14 mg/kg지간,여제관외적여기여공시식물협초유생소C함량차이현저;첨근자초협초가용성당함량최고,여기여공시식물협초가용성당함량차이현저.18충식물불동부위지간추생소C함량유명현구별;제석망초외기여공시식물적불동부위지간가용성당함량차이현저,제청향모외기여공시식물적가용성당함량정현협편>협초>경간적추세.
The contents of vitamin C and soluble saccharides in leaves, leaf sheaths and stems of 18 species of forage grasses were determined. Neyraudia reynaudian,a and Sorghum, halepense contained the highest vitanun C in the stem, more than 300mg/kg, significantly higher than the other species determined;Cymbopogon caesius contain higher soluble saccharides, obviously higher than the other species. S.halepense, Pennisetum purpureum, Saccharum arundinceum, P. purpureum typhoideum, Andropogon, gayanus had a leaf vitamin C content ranging from 256.67 t0319.53mg/kg;S.halepense and Neyraudia reynaudian had the highest leaf soluble saccharides content, about 125 g/kg. Pennisetum americanum×P. pzupureum and S. halepense contained the highest vitamin C in leaf sheath, ranging from 196.18 to 205.14mg/kg;Saccharum spontaneum contained the highest soluble saccharides in leaf sheath. All the 18 species of forage grasses were evidently different in vitamin C content between organs, and their soluble saccharides content except that of Cymbopogon, caesius tended to decreased in the order of leaf>leaf sheath>stem.
