针对某发动机开发过程中出现的薄壁件结构振动及噪声较大的问题,应用有限元、多体动力学相关软件,对发动机表面振动水平进行评估.通过发动机弱点分析,确定优化方向,进行缸盖罩、正时罩和机油盘三大溥壁件结构优化,最终得到合格的优化样机.台架试验验证结果证明了仿真优化方案的合理性,同时,优化后的发动机达到了开发目标.
針對某髮動機開髮過程中齣現的薄壁件結構振動及譟聲較大的問題,應用有限元、多體動力學相關軟件,對髮動機錶麵振動水平進行評估.通過髮動機弱點分析,確定優化方嚮,進行缸蓋罩、正時罩和機油盤三大溥壁件結構優化,最終得到閤格的優化樣機.檯架試驗驗證結果證明瞭倣真優化方案的閤理性,同時,優化後的髮動機達到瞭開髮目標.

In order to fulfill the vibration targets of the engine system with good NVH performance,the numerical simulation of the whole system is carried out by simulation software which is based on finite element method (FEM) and multi-body dynamics method respectively.By means of baseline analysis results evaluation,the structural weak points on head cover,timing cover and oil-pan are found.Researching on these weak points,some possible optimization potential is decided.After several optimization loops,the final engine status is obtained.Test results of optimized prototype meet the acoustic targets and prove the reliability of numerical simulation as well.
