利用碱抽提法从串珠镰刀菌(Fusarium moniliforme)菌丝细胞壁得到多糖粗提物.该多糖提取物可以激活寄生于串珠镰刀菌上的活体寄生真菌纤细齿梗孢(Olpitrichum tenellum)的孢子萌发,多糖浓度为0.2 mg/mL时,萌发率达80.5%.纤细齿梗孢的孢子仅在存在该多糖提取物的条件下才能萌发,在马铃薯-葡萄糖或葡萄糖-酵母液体培养基上不能萌发,一些糖、氨基酸、无机盐、维生素不能促使其萌发,光也不影响萌发.纤细齿梗孢孢子萌发最适pH是7.0,最适温度25℃.结果表明,串珠镰刀菌菌丝细胞壁多糖可能在激活纤细齿梗孢孢子萌发中起重要作用.

이용감추제법종천주렴도균(Fusarium moniliforme)균사세포벽득도다당조제물.해다당제취물가이격활기생우천주렴도균상적활체기생진균섬세치경포(Olpitrichum tenellum)적포자맹발,다당농도위0.2 mg/mL시,맹발솔체80.5%.섬세치경포적포자부재존재해다당제취물적조건하재능맹발,재마령서-포도당혹포도당-효모액체배양기상불능맹발,일사당、안기산、무궤염、유생소불능촉사기맹발,광야불영향맹발.섬세치경포포자맹발최괄pH시7.0,최괄온도25℃.결과표명,천주렴도균균사세포벽다당가능재격활섬세치경포포자맹발중기중요작용.
Crude polysaccharide was obtained by alkaline extraction from isolated cell walls of the host Fusarium moniliforme.It was shown that spore germination of the biotrophic mycoparasite Olpitrichum tenellum was only activated by the crude polysaccharide in the tested compounds including sugars,amino acids,inorganic salts,and vitamins.The spores of O.tenellum failed to germinate on potato-dextrose medium or glucose-yeast medium.Light did not affect spore germination of O.tenellum.The crude polysaccharide produced the 80.5% value of spore germination at concentrations of 0.2 mg/mL.The optimal pH and temperature for spore germination were 7.0 and 25℃,respectively.It is suggested that the polysaccharide from F.moniliforme cell wall may play a role in activating spore germination of O.tenellum.
