用不同强度的电场处理赤葵种子,分别在无盐和0.5%盐浓度下测定电场对种子发芽率的影响.统计分析表明:在0.5~4.5 kV/cm场强范围,不同电场强度对种子的发芽率影响不同.在0.5%盐浓度下,用2.0 kV/cm的电场处理赤葵种子,种子发芽率可提高14.4%,在无盐状态下,用1.0 kV/cm的电场处理赤葵种子,种子发芽率可提高11.6%.
用不同彊度的電場處理赤葵種子,分彆在無鹽和0.5%鹽濃度下測定電場對種子髮芽率的影響.統計分析錶明:在0.5~4.5 kV/cm場彊範圍,不同電場彊度對種子的髮芽率影響不同.在0.5%鹽濃度下,用2.0 kV/cm的電場處理赤葵種子,種子髮芽率可提高14.4%,在無鹽狀態下,用1.0 kV/cm的電場處理赤葵種子,種子髮芽率可提高11.6%.

After the Chikui seeds were treated with different electric fields,the effect of electric field on the germination ratio is tested under salt stress conditions and no salt stress conditions. The statistical results showed that different electric fields ranging from 0. 5 kV/cm to 4. 5 kV/cm influence the germination ratio differently. The germination ratio increased by 14. 4% with the treatment of 2. 0 kV/cm under the condition of salt concentration being 0. 5% and by 11. 6% with the treatment of 1. 0 kV/cm under the no salt stress condition.
