以有限元分析与优化设计理论为基础,结合UG NASTRAN有限元分析软件,建立了经编机槽针床摆动臂结构的有限元分析模型,对其结构进行了静力学应力分析,利用应力分析结果作为优化设计的强度和刚度约束条件,建立了经编机槽针床摆动臂的数学模型,并对其进行优化。结果表明,在保证零件强度和刚度的前提下,通过改变主要设计尺寸参数,使结构的质量减轻了7.6%,从而有效提高了机构的运行速度。
以有限元分析與優化設計理論為基礎,結閤UG NASTRAN有限元分析軟件,建立瞭經編機槽針床襬動臂結構的有限元分析模型,對其結構進行瞭靜力學應力分析,利用應力分析結果作為優化設計的彊度和剛度約束條件,建立瞭經編機槽針床襬動臂的數學模型,併對其進行優化。結果錶明,在保證零件彊度和剛度的前提下,通過改變主要設計呎吋參數,使結構的質量減輕瞭7.6%,從而有效提高瞭機構的運行速度。

In this paper,needle-bed warp knitting machine slot swinging arm structure of the finite element analysis model and static stress analysis of its structure are established,combined UG NASTRAN finite element analysis software based on finite element software and optimization theory.The mathematical model of needle-bed warp knitting machine slot swing arm is optimized with the results of stress analysis as the optimal design strength and stiffness constraints.The results show that the structure of the weight is reduced by 7.6% and the structure's speed can be improved by changing the size of the main design parameters in ensuring the strength and stiffness.
