为提高双孢蘑菇柄中多糖的提取得率,采用微波辅助法提取双孢蘑菇柄中多糖.分别对微波功率、微波处理时间、液料比、提取次数4个因素进行单因素实验和正交试验,并通过极差、方差分析,对提取过程中显著影响提取率的因素进行了统计分析.结果表明:微波辅助提取多糖的较佳工艺条件为微波强度60%、辐射时间6min、液料比1:12、提取次数4次,该工艺条件下提取多糖提取率为1.64%.
為提高雙孢蘑菇柄中多糖的提取得率,採用微波輔助法提取雙孢蘑菇柄中多糖.分彆對微波功率、微波處理時間、液料比、提取次數4箇因素進行單因素實驗和正交試驗,併通過極差、方差分析,對提取過程中顯著影響提取率的因素進行瞭統計分析.結果錶明:微波輔助提取多糖的較佳工藝條件為微波彊度60%、輻射時間6min、液料比1:12、提取次數4次,該工藝條件下提取多糖提取率為1.64%.

The microwave-assisted extraction technology was used to increase the extraction ratio of polysaccharides from the root of Agaricus bisporus stipe.The influence of factors on the extraction of the polysaccharides was studied by single factor test and orthogonal experiment design methods,including microwave power,lid-liquid ratio,radiation time and extraction times.Results showed that the optimum conditions were obtained as follows:the microwave power 60%,the ratio of material to solvent 1:12,the time for microwave extraction 6 minute and extraction times 4.Under the technological conditions,the content of polysaccharides was 1.64%.
