目的探讨磁共振成像(MRI)在颅脑外伤后眼上静脉扩张中的诊断价值.方法搜集经临床确诊为颅脑外伤的8例(8眼),对其眼眶MRI资料进行回顾性分析.结果 8眼均有眼球突出(5眼是右眼突出,3眼是左眼突出),眼球后均可见迂曲扩张的眼上静脉,3眼的眼眶周可见静脉迂曲扩张,8眼均可见同侧海绵窦血管扩张.结论 MRI可以清晰显示眼上静脉及眼眶内结构,并对眼上静脉扩张的病因具有鉴别诊断价值.
목적 탐토자공진성상(MRI)재로뇌외상후안상정맥확장중적진단개치.방법 수집경림상학진위로뇌외상적8례(8안),대기안광MRI자료진행회고성분석.결과 8안균유안구돌출(5안시우안돌출,3안시좌안돌출),안구후균가견우곡확장적안상정맥,3안적안광주가견정맥우곡확장,8안균가견동측해면두혈관확장.결론 MRI가이청석현시안상정맥급안광내결구,병대안상정맥확장적병인구유감별진단개치.
Objective To investigate the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)of the superior ophthalmic vein expansion after traumatic brain injury.Methods Eight eyes of 8 cases were clinically diagnosed as cerebral trauma from 2005 to 2010,and the orbital MRI were retrospectively analyzed.Results In the 8 patients,protruding eyeballs occurred in all of the 8 cases,in which 5 cases was in the right eye,3 cases was in the left eye.Superior ophthalimic vein expansion was observed in all cases.Periobital expansion of vein was observed in 3 cases.Homolateral sinus cavemosus vasodilatation occurred in each case.Conclusion MRI can clear display orbital structure and superior ophthalmic vein,and made differential diagnosis for expansion of superior ophthalmic vein.
