目的 探讨医学生人格特征及其影响因素.方法 以我国东部某医学院2007级~2009级936名学生为研究对象进行人格问卷调查,采用logistic回归模型筛选大学生人格特征的主要影响因素.结果 发出调查问卷936份,回收有效问卷共882份.不同性别学生亚健康型人格分布差别没有统计学意义(X2=0.46,P>0.05);经常情绪低落、精神空虚、对课余时间分配不满意和适应社会能力差4种因素是形成医学生亚健康型人格的主要危险因素.结论 消除情绪低落、精神充实、提供更多课余时间、提高适应社会能力对医学生健康型人格的形成具有积极意义.

Objective The aim of this study is to figure out the condition of sub-health psychology and its risk factors.Methods "Personality Questionnaire (university personality-inventory, UPI)"was distributed to the students in 2007 ~2009 grades in an eastern medical college of China,and logistic regression model was used to analysis risk factors.Results 882 samples were collected, the number of subhealth psychology students is 114, proximately accounts for 12.93%.The survey indicated that there was no significant difference between boys and girls (X2 =0.46 ,P >0.05).Medical students often depressed, little time feel enriched,dissatisfied spare time distribution, poor social adaptation skills are more likely to occur sub-health psychology.Conclusions Eliminate the situation of depression, spiritual enrichment, provide more spare time and more opportunities for work-study programs have a positive effect on the formation of healthy personality.
