目的 探讨超声引导下经皮肝穿刺抽脓或置管引流在细菌性肝脓肿的临床应用价值.方法 对22例细菌性肝脓肿通过超声引导确定后进行穿刺抽脓或置管引流,其中4例行穿刺抽脓1次,21例行置管引流.结果 22例穿刺、置管全部获成功,平均疗程20 d(10～42 d).术后无腹腔内出血、气胸、脓胸及严重腹腔感染等并发症.结论 B超引导下肝脓肿穿刺置管引流术具有简便、安全、住院时间短、费用少,并发症低的优点,可用于治疗大多数肝脓肿.

목적 탐토초성인도하경피간천자추농혹치관인류재세균성간농종적림상응용개치.방법 대22례세균성간농종통과초성인도학정후진행천자추농혹치관인류,기중4례행천자추농1차,21례행치관인류.결과 22례천자、치관전부획성공,평균료정20 d(10～42 d).술후무복강내출혈、기흉、농흉급엄중복강감염등병발증.결론 B초인도하간농종천자치관인류술구유간편、안전、주원시간단、비용소,병발증저적우점,가용우치료대다수간농종.
Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous aspiration and drainage for bacterial liver abscess.Methods Under the guidance of uhrasonography,15 Pantients with bacterial hepatic abscess underwent pereutaneous aspiration or drainage.Among them,4 were given percutaneous aspiration for one times,and 18 underwent pereutaneous drainage.Results Percutaneous aspiration or drainage was successfully accomplished in all the patients,The hospital stay was 10～42 days(mean 20 days),No intraabdominal bleeding,pneumothorax,empyema and severe abdominal infection were found after operation.Conclusion This method possesses simple.safe.shorter hospitalization.less cast and low complications.It can use to treat the most of liver abscess.
