　　当前，随着我国社会的转型变迁，伴随着社会经济的迅速发展，人口老龄化已成为困扰我国社会发展的瓶颈，需要全社会的力量协同解决。目前，作为解决这一问题的有效路径的社区居家养老体系，主要存在服务水平低、资金投入不足、服务主体单一等问题。社会工作的介入，将会促使其有效整合现有养老资源，服务好老年人这一重要群体，意义重大。
