通过对六连杆抽油机的运动和动力特性分析,建立了相应的解析方程,给出了运动规律曲线和动力特性曲线,并对改造的CYJYW12—5.4—53HF六连杆抽油机和一台CYJY12—4.8—73HB常规游梁抽油机在相同工况下做了受力分析对比计算。计算结果分析表明,六连杆抽油机的构件尺寸对其性能的影响很大,合理选择构件尺寸是该机的技术关键;六连杆抽油机各构件受力均小于常规机和异相机;这种抽油机结构复杂,但相对于最大冲程相同的常规机,外形尺寸较小,质量较轻。

Based on an analysis of the kinetic and dynamic characteristics of pumping unit with six-bar linkage, relevant analytical equations are set up, and the motion law curve and dynamic characteristic curve are given. Forces on a pumping unit with six-bar linkage and a conventional pumping unit are calculated and analyzed respectively. The results show that, the sizes of the component parts of the pumping unit with six-bar linkage have great influence on its performance, therefore it is of great importance to select rationally the sizes of the component parts; the forces on the pumping unit with six-bar linkage are smaller than that on the conventional unit and phased unit; the pumping unit with six-bar linkage has smaller size and lighter weight compared to the conventional unit with the same maximal stroke.
