　　目的探讨常温下冠脉搭桥术患者手术后最佳护理措施及临床效果。方法选取我院心外科2010～2012年收治的80例GABG患者，采取精心的护理措施进行术后护理。结果80例患者中，有78例患者痊愈出院，1例患者出现再次心肌梗塞，1例发生脑梗，总有效率97.5%。结论常温下冠脉搭桥术患者手术后用最佳方案给予精心的护理，能加速患者病情的痊愈。
　　목적탐토상온하관맥탑교술환자수술후최가호리조시급림상효과。방법선취아원심외과2010～2012년수치적80례GABG환자，채취정심적호리조시진행술후호리。결과80례환자중，유78례환자전유출원，1례환자출현재차심기경새，1례발생뇌경，총유효솔97.5%。결론상온하관맥탑교술환자수술후용최가방안급여정심적호리，능가속환자병정적전유。
Objective To study the efficacy of nursing measures of the best at room temperature after operation in patients with coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods 80 cases of GABG patients with 2010~2012 heart surgery in our hospital were, take care measures of nursing in patients with postoperative. Results In 80 patients, 78 patients were cured, 1 patients appeared again, myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction occurred in 1 cases, the total efficiency of 97.5%. Conclusion Normothermic patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting after operation with the best solution given careful nursing,the patient recovered faster.
