通过电沉积的方法在钢片基体上获得Ni-W合金镀层,研究了改变镀液组成中pH值对电沉积Ni-W合金镀层的组成及其镀层形貌的影响.结果和理论分析表明:pH值太高,Ni-W合金镀层变脆,而且起泡;pH值太低,镀层灰暗.当pH为6.5时,镀层质量较好,比较平整,致密,均匀,没有气泡和明显剥落现象.

An Ni-W alloy coating was produced by electro-deposition on a steel substrate, and the effects of pH value of the plating bath on the composition and surface quality of the coating were investigated. It was found that too high a pH value would embrittle and blister the coating, while too low a pH value, on the other hand, would make the coating gloomy. A pH value of 6.5 would yield a smooth, uniform and dense coating without blistering and falling off.
