目的 实验研究刮痧治疗疾病的作用机理.方法 将Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为正常组、刮痧后0.5、6、12 h组,取动脉血分别进行血常规检测以及胆红素、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD) 、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)检测.结果 刮痧后6 h组比正常组白细胞计数显著降低,总胆红素显著升高(P<0.05).刮痧后12 h组SOD值比正常组显著降低(P<0.05).结论 刮痧作为一种诱导因素能够降低白细胞的炎性反应,这可能是其临床退热的作用机理之一;刮痧明显升高体内总胆红素水平,是其对疾病良好治疗作用的部分机理.

목적 실험연구괄사치료질병적작용궤리.방법 장Wistar대서40지,수궤분위정상조、괄사후0.5、6、12 h조,취동맥혈분별진행혈상규검측이급담홍소、초양화물기화매(SOD) 、백세포개소-1(IL-1)、백세포개소-6(IL-6)검측.결과 괄사후6 h조비정상조백세포계수현저강저,총담홍소현저승고(P<0.05).괄사후12 h조SOD치비정상조현저강저(P<0.05).결론 괄사작위일충유도인소능구강저백세포적염성반응,저가능시기림상퇴열적작용궤리지일;괄사명현승고체내총담홍소수평,시기대질병량호치료작용적부분궤리.
Objective To study experimentally the mechanism of Guasha therapy in curing diseases. Methods All Wistar rats (n=40) were randomly divided into the normal group, group with 0.5 hour after Guasha (0.5 h group), group with 6 hours after Guasha (6 h group) and group with 12 hours after Guasha (12 h group). The arterial blood samples were collected and given blood routine examination. The levels of bilirubin, superoxide dismutase (SOD), interlukin- 1 (IL-1) and IL-6 were detected respectively . Results In the 6 h group the WBC count decreased significantly and the level of the total bilirubin increased significantly (P<0.05) compared with those in the normal group. The level of SOD decreased significantly in the 12 h group compared with that in the normal group (P<0.05).[WTHZ] Conclusion The Guasha therapy can inhibit the inflammatory reaction of WBC and raise the level of the total bilirubin , which may be its one of the mechanisms for abating of fever and curing diseases.
