将本体聚合制备的聚苯乙烯溶于四氢呋喃,然后向该溶液中滴加乙醇来引发相分离,通过控制乙醇的含量来控制相分离的程度,从而制备出表面结构可控的聚苯乙烯薄膜.通过环境扫描电镜观察发现,薄膜表面形貌类似于荷叶结构,通过接触角测试仪测得薄膜的接触角和滚动角分别为151.6°和8.2°,表现出良好的超疏水效果.这种采用相分离技术制备超疏水材料的方法简单易行,成本低,可重复性好,具有广阔的应用前景.

The super-hydrophobic polystyrene films were prepared by phase separation technique. Polystyrene, pre-pared by bulk polymerization, was dissolved in tetrahydrofuran, and then added ethanol into the solution to induce phase separation. The microstructure of the polystyrene films were controlled by phase separation, which was enhanced properly by the concentration of ethanol. The surface morphology of the films, observed by environmental scanning electron micro-scope, was similar to that of the lotus leaf. The contact angle and roll angle were151.6 ° and 8. 2° respectively, which re-vealed excellent super-hydrophobic property. The phase separation method employed offered the advantage of simple process, well repeatability and low cost.
