用不同剂量的He-Ne激光辐照处理贮存3年的苦荞种子,结果显示,适宜的激光可降低苦荞陈种子浸出液的电导率,有效地提高苦荞陈种子的发芽势、发芽率、芽长和芽鲜质量,显著提高苦荞幼苗的苗高和根长.激光辐照是提高苦荞陈种子萌发力和幼苗生长力的有效方法.

Old tartarian buckwheat seeds stored three years were radiated by He-Ne laser of different dosages in the test. The results show that He-Ne laser can remarkably raise the sprouting potential, sprouting ratio, bud length and bud fresh weight, can decrease the electrical conductivity of old buckwheat seeds and can significantly increased the height of tartarian buckwheat seedlings and roots. He-Ne laser treatment is an effective way to improve the germination strength and growing-power of tartarian old buckwheat seeds.
