为探讨提取过程中时间、温度、碱浓度、浸提次数对茯苓皮中茯苓多糖提取量的影响,在提取单因素试验的基础上,利用正交设计优化茯苓皮中茯苓多糖的最佳浸提工艺条件.结果表明,水提法最佳工艺条件为时间30 min,温度60℃,浸提1次;超声波提取法最佳工艺条件为功率350W,时间30 min,水温60℃.水提、碱提和超声波提取3种方法中以0.8 mol·L~(-1) NaOH浸提的碱提法效果最好.用高效液相色谱仪对茯苓多糖浸提液进行结构分析,结果显示,其中主要含D-葡聚糖和D-木糖.

To optimize the extraction conditions of pachyman from Poria cocos peels,boiled water,basic solution and supersonic extraction were used to extract polysaccharides and orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize conditions of extraction. The results showed that the most suitable condition for boiled water extraction was- 30min,60℃ and one time,and for supersonic extraction the most suitable condition was power for 350W,time for 30min,and temperature for 60℃. The best one of three methods was alkali solution extraction with NaOH 0.8mol·L~(-1). Meanwhile,the polysaccharides structure was analyzed with HPLC ,the results showed that it contained D-xylose and D-glucan.
