以水稻品系LAC23为抗性供体亲本,优质保持系金23B为受体亲本,以回交转育为基础,逐代用分子标记RM224或MRG4766检测导入广谱抗稻瘟病基因Pi-1,获得抗稻瘟病能力提高的新品系金抗1B,并以此与金23A连续多代回交,最终育成抗稻瘟病籼型三系不育系金抗1A.金抗1A抗性达到LAC23(Pi-1)的抗性水平,且保持了金23A米质优、育性稳定、配合力强等优良经济性状.

Blast-resistant gene Pi-1 was introgressed into Jin 23B, a male sterile maintainer line of rice with good quality, via successive backcrosses using line LAC 23 as the donor. The marker RM224 or MRG4766 was employed to trace the target gene in every generation. A new line Jinkang 1B with improved blast resistance was bred by MAS. Then, Jinkang 1A was developed from the cross Jin 23A/Jinkang 1B by successive backcrossing to Jinkang 1B. The resistance level of Jinkang 1A was similar to that of LAC 23, and the line maintained good quality, stable male sterility and high combining ability of the acceptor Jin 23A.
