报告1例以红色疣状斑块为主要表现的外阴上皮内瘤变.患者女,79岁.外阴部出现疣状斑块0.5年.皮肤科检查见两侧大阴唇内侧下部各见约6 cm × 4 cm和4 cm × 3 cm的红色疣状斑块,会阴联合处同时受累.右侧大阴唇内侧皮损组织病理检查:表皮近全层间变,细胞核深染,可见核分裂象.免疫组化染色结果示Ki-67及p53阳性,人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测阴性.诊断:外阴上皮内瘤变(分化型).

A case of vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia is reported.A 79-year-old female presented with lesions in the vulvar for haft a year.Physical examination found two red verruciform plaques at the inner side of both labia majora,in a size of 6 cm×4 cm or 4 cm×3 cm,with the involvement of her posterior labial commissure.Histopathoiogy of skin lesions showed anaplasia in the all layers of dermis,with hyperchromatic nuclei and mitotic figures.Immunohistochemical study showed positire staining for Ki-67 and p53,and negative staining for HPV.The patient was diagnosed as vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia (differentiated type).
