采用原位聚合制备了纳米SiO_2/聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液,研究了SiO_2的用量对成膜时间、光泽度、吸水倍率、机械及耐酸碱性能和热性能的影响.结果表明添加纳米SiO_2后,可以显著降低聚合物乳液的成膜时间,提高胶膜的附着力和硬度、胶膜的抗冲击强度、膜弹性和耐热分解性能.
採用原位聚閤製備瞭納米SiO_2/聚丙烯痠酯複閤乳液,研究瞭SiO_2的用量對成膜時間、光澤度、吸水倍率、機械及耐痠堿性能和熱性能的影響.結果錶明添加納米SiO_2後,可以顯著降低聚閤物乳液的成膜時間,提高膠膜的附著力和硬度、膠膜的抗遲擊彊度、膜彈性和耐熱分解性能.

The nosilica/acrylic compound latex prepared by in-situ polymerization method,and the effect of the film forming time,gloss,water absorption rate,mechanical,acid-resistant,alkalbresistam and thermal properties of the latex film were studied.The results showed that the film forming time of the latex film reduced apparently,that the adhesion force and the hardness increased and that the impact strength,elastic,heat decomposition properties of the latex film also were improved.
