以硅溶胶、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷为主要原料进行反应,然后再添加不同的表面活性剂制备防雾滴涂料,将不同配方的涂料涂覆在普通的聚乙烯(PE)薄膜上,在一定温度下固化后制得防雾薄膜.将所得薄膜进行透光率、接触角、扫描电镜测试.结果表明:喷涂涂料后,薄膜的透光率最好保持在95%以上;接触角明显减少,由原来的85°降低到17°,润湿性和流滴性能良好;经扫描电子显微镜测试表明,制得的防雾滴涂料具有良好的成膜性.

The anti-fogging coating was prepared with silica sol and vinyl triethoxysilane, and then mixed with dif-ferent surface active agent. The anti-fogging coating was sprayed on surface of PE flim and was cured at certain tempera-ture to prepare anti-fogging film. The behaviour of anti-fogging film was characterized with light transmittance, contact an-gle and scan electron microscope. The results indicated that light transmittance of anti-fogging film was above 95% and contact angle decreased from 85°to17°. Anti-fogging film had excellent wetting and dripping property. The SEM test proved that the anti-logging coating had excellent film-forming capability.
