[目的]筛选防治茉莉白绢病菌的化学药剂和生防菌.[方法]采用生长速率法和抑菌圈法测定化学药剂和生防菌对茉莉白绢病菌的抑制作用,采用盆栽试验测试化学药剂和生防菌以及化学药剂和生防菌复配对茉莉白绢病的防治作用.[结果]测试的9种化学农药和6种生防菌中,25%戊唑醇可湿性粉剂和芽孢杆菌Bv22菌株对茉莉白绢病菌生长的抑制作用最强,其LC_(50)分别为2 690.96 cfu/ml和200.05 μg/L,且25%戊唑醇可湿性粉剂对芽孢杆菌Bv22菌株的生长无抑制作用.室内防治试验结果表明,25%戊唑醇可湿性粉剂100 mg/L和芽孢杆菌Bv22菌株10~8 cfu/ml以及25%戊唑醇可湿性粉剂200 mg/L+芽孢杆菌Bv22菌株10~7 cfu/ml和25%戊唑醇可湿性粉剂400 mg/L+芽孢杆菌Bv22菌株10~6 cfu/ml对茉莉白绢病的防治效果分别为84.44%、60.00%、96.67%和96.67%.[结论]化学药剂和生防菌复配对茉莉白绢病的有较好的防治作用.

[Objective] The aim was to screen fungicide and biocontrol agents to control jasmine Sclerotium rolfsii Blight. [Method] Nine fungicides and six biocontrol agents were used to test the inhibitory of the growth of Sclerotium rolfsii by using the growth rate and the inhibition zone method. Meanwhile, the control effect to the disease by using chemical and biocontrol agents was also tested in the greenhouse. [Result] Tebuconazole 25% WP and Bacillus strain Bv22 had strong inhibitory to the growth of S. rolfsii. Their LC_(50) values were 2 690.96 cfu/ml and 200.05 μg/L, respectively. Furthermore, Tebuconazole 25% WP didn' t inhibit the growth of Bacillus strain Bv22. In greenhouse test, the control effects of Tebuconazole 25% WP 100 μg/L, Bacillus strain Bv22 10~8 cfu/ml, Tebuconazole 25% WP 200 mg/L mixed with Bacillus strain Bv22 10~7 cfu/ml and Tebuconazole 25% WP 400 mg/L mixed with Bacillus strain Bv22 10~6 cfu/ml to Mixture of Tebuconazole 25% WP and Bacillus strain Bv22 could control jasmine Sclerotium rolfsii Blight effectively.
