目的:建立脑脉通有效部位中葛根异黄酮类成分的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为250 nm.结果:葛根素的平均加样回收率为100.89%,RSD=2.10%,芹糖基葛根素的平均加样回收率为100.23%,RSD=1.06%,3'-甲氧基葛根素的平均加样回收率为101.04%,RSD=1.92%,大豆苷的平均加样回收率为99.82%,RSD=2.02%,大豆苷元的平均加样回收率为102.06%,RSD=1.34%.结论:该方法操作简便、易行,可用于脑脉通中葛根异黄酮的含量测定.

AIM:To establish an HPLC method for determing content of puerafin isoflavones in effective parts of Naomaitong Granules.METHoDS:Gradient elution with methanol-water-glacial acetic acid Wag used as the mobile phase.The flow rate Was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength Wag set at 250 nm.RESULTS:Theaverage recoveries of puerarin,daizein-8-capiosy(1→6)glucoside,3-methoxyl-puerarin,daidzin,daidzein were 100.89%(RSD=2.1%),100.23%(RSD=1.06%),101.04%(RSD=1.92%),99.82%(RSD=2.02%),102.06%(RSD=1.34%)respectively.CONCLUSIoN:The method is simple,accurate and can be used for quality control of the effective parts in Naomaitong Granules.
