This paper collected and analyzed the operational data of National Council for Social Security fund during the period of 2000-2009,and draw the conclusion that the operation of Nation Council for Social Security fund should balance the relationship between prudent investment and expanding profitability.Then,based on the analysis of the effects of the financial crisis,this paper gave some recommendation for the operation of the Social Security Fund of China.
