螺旋钻采煤机钻头的截割性能主要取决于其截齿的性能和截齿在钻头上的布置情况。提出截齿在钻头上的定位参数,确定钻头优化设计的目标函数和约束条件,以建立钻头优化设计数学模型。以ZM-550型螺旋钻采煤机为例,对Ф525mm与Ф25mm钻头进行了优化设计,并进行了工业性试验。

The cutting performance of auger drill shearer aiguilles mainly depend on its cutter' s performance and cutter teeth arranged on the drill. The location parameters of cutter on drill are proposed. Determines the objective function and constraint condition, builds cutting bits optimum mathematic mode. And Takes ZM -550 auger drill miner for example, obtains Ф525mm and Ф425mm aiguilles' optimum parameters of cutting bits arrangement. Finally, the aiguilles designed are manufactured and the industrial experiment is accomplished.
