对逆流和并流旋转床的气相压降进行了实验研究。结果表明:在并流和逆流操作条件下,旋转床的湿床压降小于干床压降;且随液量增大而略有减小,随气量增大而增大;当转速增大时,并流操作的压降减小,逆流操作的压降增大;拟合结果与实验结果吻合很好。
對逆流和併流鏇轉床的氣相壓降進行瞭實驗研究。結果錶明:在併流和逆流操作條件下,鏇轉床的濕床壓降小于榦床壓降;且隨液量增大而略有減小,隨氣量增大而增大;噹轉速增大時,併流操作的壓降減小,逆流操作的壓降增大;擬閤結果與實驗結果吻閤很好。
대역류화병류선전상적기상압강진행료실험연구。결과표명:재병류화역류조작조건하,선전상적습상압강소우간상압강;차수액량증대이략유감소,수기량증대이증대;당전속증대시,병류조작적압강감소,역류조작적압강증대;의합결과여실험결과문합흔호。
Gas pressure-drop of a rotating packed bed under counter-current and co-current was investigated. Results show that the gas pressure drop in irrigated bed is less than that in dry bed and it decreases slightly when the liquid flux raises. The gas pressure-drop under counter-current and co-current increases when gas flux raises. It decreases under co-current, but it increases under counter-current when the rotating speed enhances. The simulation values coincide with the experimental very well.
