在介绍正弦压力发生器工作原理的基础上,讨论了在应用正弦压力发生器校准传感器动态性能时应用系统的组成和功能。同时,给出了采用正弦压力发生器校准传感器动态特性的两个实例。校准结果表明:这两个传感器分别属于一阶和二阶模型,所得的参数模型在幅频和相频特性两方面都与实验结果一致。
在介紹正絃壓力髮生器工作原理的基礎上,討論瞭在應用正絃壓力髮生器校準傳感器動態性能時應用繫統的組成和功能。同時,給齣瞭採用正絃壓力髮生器校準傳感器動態特性的兩箇實例。校準結果錶明:這兩箇傳感器分彆屬于一階和二階模型,所得的參數模型在幅頻和相頻特性兩方麵都與實驗結果一緻。

Based on the principle of sine pressure generator, the makeup andfunction of the application system for transducer's dynamic calibration is discussed in this paper. Meanwhile, two examples about calibrating transducer's dynamic response characteristic are given .It is shown that the two transducers' models belong to one-order and two order model respectively and their parameter model are well fitted with the experiment data in both amplitude and phase response.
