通过对芒果小孢子发育时期细胞学、小孢子不同发育时期花蕾形态和花药颜色等的观察,直接从花蕾或花药的形态特征来判断小孢子的发育时期.结果表明,芒果小孢子发育时期与花器外部形态变化密切相关.供试芒果品种的小孢子处于单核靠边期时,花蕾纵径为2.58~3.48 mm.花蕾横径为2.30~3.32 mm.花药长度为0.71~O.90 mm,花药宽度为O.56~0.72 mm.结果为通过观察芒果花蕾外观形态来确定花药发育时期,从而确定花药培养最佳时期所对应的选蕾标准,进而为花药单倍体培养奠定基础.

The cytological development of mango microspore, bud morphology at various microspore development stages, and the color of anther were observed to identify the period of microspore development directly from the morphological characteristics of buds and anther of mango. The results showed that mango microspore development was closely correlated with the change of external morphological appearance of flower organ. The flower buds were 2.58~3.48 mm in longitudinal diameter and 2.30~3.32 mm in transversal diameter, and the anthers 0.71~0.90 mm in length and 0.56~0.72 mm in width when the microspores of mango developed at the late uninuclear stage. The pollen development stage can be identified based on observation of mango external appearance of floral bud so as to define the standard of bud selection in relation with the optimal stage for anther culture. This might establish foundation for culture of anther haploid.
