[目的]探讨重金属铅胁迫对小麦种子发芽率和根系生长的影响.[方法] 以4个小麦品种为试材,铅胁迫处理设100、150、200、300、600和1 200 mg/L 6种浓度营养溶液,分别处理小麦种子,观测处理后各品种的种子发芽和幼苗生长情况.[结果]在种子萌发前期,低浓度铅对种子萌发有促进作用,但在种子萌发后期,所有浓度铅均对种子萌发产生抑制作用.不同品种对铅胁迫的耐受能力有所不同.从第7天的发芽率看出,普冰S-30、石4185和京411对铅胁迫的耐受能力优于科农199.铅胁迫对小麦根伸长和茎伸长均有抑制作用,且对根部的抑制作用强于对茎的伸长.当铅浓度达到300 mg/L时,小麦根系生长受到严重胁迫.[结论]铅对小麦种子具有毒害作用,且不同品种种子对铅胁迫的耐受能力不同.

[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the effects of heavy metal lead on the seed germination and root growth of wheat. [Method] With 4 wheat varieties as the tested materials, the nutrient solutions with 6 concn, of Pb at 100, 150, 200, 300, 600 and 1 200 mg/L were set up as the Pb stress to treat the wheat seeds resp. and the seed germination and young seedling growth were observed after treatment. [Result] Pb at low concn. could stimulate the seed germination of wheat at the beginning of seed germination and Pb with all the concn. restrained seed germination at later seed germination. The wheat with different varieties showed the different tolerance to Pb stress. The seed germination on the 7th day showed that the tolerance of PS-30, Shi4185 and Jing 411 were superior to that of Kenong 199. Pb stress also restrained the root and stem elongation and had stronger inhibition on the root than that on the stem elongation. The roots growth was threatened badly after the treatment with Pb up to 300 mg/L.[Conclusion] Pb had some poisoning effect on the wheat and the seeds of wheat with different verities had the different tolerance to Pb stress.
