在制备出粘土/nano-TiO_2/活性炭复合陶瓷球基础上,应用ESR测试对其光生·OH\O~-_2·(羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基)信号进行研究.发现高黏度粘土中存在的Mn在烧结过程中被活性炭的还原性影响,生成了不常见的价态.此价态有利于纳米TiO_2光生自由基过程中生成·OH\O_2~-·反应.此反应类似Fendon反应为:Mn~(2+)H_2O_2→Mn~(3+) +·OH+OH-,测试结果显示·OH和O_2~-·的发生信号确实得到增强.

Active carbon(AC),clay and nano-TiO_2 were compounded together and calcined into clay/TiO_2/AC composite ceramic beads;for the sample thus obtained,relatively strong hydroxyl radical(·OH)and superoxide anion radical(O_2~-)signals were detected in electron spin resonance(ESR)tests.Mn,which contained in clay,was founded in unusual valence state(Mn~(2+))for the reason of the AC's reducibility in the sintering process.Mn~(2+) make for the generation of·OH and Ch_2~-·.Preceding reaction is analogous to the Fenton reaction:Mn~(2+)+H_2O_2→Mn~(3+)+·OH+OH,Test results showed the signal of·OH and O_2~-·enhanced positively.
