采用响应曲面法研究了硅磷交互作用对盆栽水稻土壤酶活力的影响.建立了以土壤酶活力指标(过氧化氢酶、磷酸酶和蔗糖酶)为响应值的硅磷二次多项数学模型,验证了模型的有效性,得出了硅酸钠和磷酸一铵的最佳施用量分别为2.70~3.60、1.30~1.65 g·桶~(-1),此时土壤酶活力最高.
採用響應麯麵法研究瞭硅燐交互作用對盆栽水稻土壤酶活力的影響.建立瞭以土壤酶活力指標(過氧化氫酶、燐痠酶和蔗糖酶)為響應值的硅燐二次多項數學模型,驗證瞭模型的有效性,得齣瞭硅痠鈉和燐痠一銨的最佳施用量分彆為2.70~3.60、1.30~1.65 g·桶~(-1),此時土壤酶活力最高.

Response surface methodology was used to study on effects of silicon-phosphorus interactions on soil enzyme activities in pots experiments of rice plants. The interactions of silicon-pho-sphorus secondary math models of the response values on soil enzyme activities (catalase, phosphatase and invertase) were eastablished, and validities of them were proved. It was obtained that the best applied quantity was 2.70-3.60 g·pot~(-1) Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O and 1.30-1.65 g·pot~(-1) NH_4H_2PO_4, all of the soil enzyme activities were the highest.
