井下多相流量测量在石油工业中有重要意义,在各种测量方法中低能射线法多相流测量有诸多优点,但低能射线穿透能力弱,钢管几乎会把射线全部吸收,无法穿透油管完成测量。本文根据测量原理从射线衰减特性出发,兼顾井下的特殊环境,分析实际测量过程中对测量管段的要求。针对测量管段的要求选择了强度高、射线吸收小的玻璃钢和超硬铝进行了分析和研究,对其强度进行比较,并对厚度相同的玻璃钢和超硬铝进行了穿透性实验,实验结果显示在同样厚度下玻璃钢对射线的衰减远小于超硬铝。

Down-hole multiphase-flow measurement has significance to the oil industry,low-energy-ray method has many advantages of all multiphase-flow measurement methods.However,Low-energy-ray is unable to use under-well due to its weak penetration and the restrictions of the measurement pipes.If it is directly used,the rays are almost absorbed by pipes.based on the ray attenuation characteristics and the special circumstances of down-hole,this paper analyzes the measuring pipe requirements during the actual measurement.At last,the glass-steel and super-hard aluminum are used as the mesurement pipe for their high strength and small ray absorption,and the performances are compared by the penetration experiments.
