目的 探讨安多霖对微波辐射致大鼠心脏损伤的预防作用.方法 140只二级雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为5组:正常对照组、辐射对照组、0.75 g·kg-1·d-1安多霖预处理组、1.50 g·kg-1·d-1安多霖预处理组及3.00 g·kg-1·d-1安多霖预处理组.药物组每日1次灌胃给予安多霖溶液,连续给药2周.给药结束后即刻采用30mW/cm2微波辐射大鼠1次,辐射时间为15 min.于辐射后7和14 d,采用全自动生化检测仪检测血清中Caz+含量、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)和肌酸激酶(cK)活力,用光学显微镜和电子显微镜观察心脏组织学和超微结构变化.结果 微波辐射后7及14 d,辐射对照组大鼠血清中ca2+含量及CK、AST活力均升高,与正常对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);心肌纤维呈波浪状排列,内皮细胞核固缩、深染;线粒体肿胀、空化,闰盘结构模糊.0.75 g·kg-1·d-1安多霖预处理组上述指标变化与辐射对照组相似.1.50、3.00 g·kg-1·d-1安多霖预处理组大鼠上述指标与辐射对照组相比有所恢复,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中Ca2+含量及CK、AST活力变化与辐射对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),心脏组织损伤趋于恢复.结论 30 mW/cm2微波辐射可引起大鼠ca2+含量及AST、CK活力异常及心脏组织学和超微结构损伤;1.50、3.00 g·kg-1·d-1安多霖对微波辐射致大鼠心脏损伤有预防作用.

Objective To study the protective effects of AduoLa Fuzhenglin (ADL) on the heart injury induced by microwave exposure in rats. Methods One hundred forty male Wistar rats were divided randomly into 5 groups: control, microwave radiation, 0.75 g·kg-1·d-1 ADL, 1.50 g·kg-1·d-1 ADL and 3.00 g·kg-1·d-1 ADL pretreatment groups. Rats in three ADL pretreatment groups were administrated by ADL per day for 2w then exposed to 30 mW/cm2 microwaves for 15 min. The left ventricle blood of rats was obtained at 7 d and 14 d after exposure to microwaves, and the blood Ca2+, AST and CK were detected with Coulter automatic biochemical analyzer, then the histological changes and ultrastructure of heart were observed under light and electron microscopes. Results At 7 d and 14 d after exposure to microwaves, the blood Ca2 + , AST and CK concentrations significantly increased (P<0.05 or P<0.0l) as compared with controls; Heart muscle fibers showed wavilness, endotheliocyte karyopyknosis, anachromasis; The mitochondria swelling and cavitation, intercalary dics blurred in radiation groups. The changes in 0.75 g ·kg-1·d-1 ADL pretreatment group were similar to the radiation group, but in 1.50 g ·kg-1·d-1 and 3.00 g·kg-1 ·d-1 ADL pretreatment groups, above indexes of rats significantly reduced as compared with microwaves group (P <0.05); also the blood Ca2+, AST, CK contents were significantly lower than those in microwave group (P<0.05); The heart showed a tendency to improve. Conclusion Microwave radiation (30 mW/cm2) can cause the blood Ca2+, AST and CK turbulence, and heart injury in the histology and ultrastructure; ADL at the dosages of 1.50 g·kg-1·d-1 and 3.00 g·kg-1·d-11 has a protective effects on the heart injury induced by microwave in rats.
