为改善红砂岩烧结砖的性能,在原料中加入不同掺量的膨润土(5%~25%),分析了不同膨润土掺量对红砂岩的塑性及其对产品的吸水率、线性收缩率和抗压强度的影响.结果表明:随着膨润土掺量的增加,有利于改善红砂岩坯料的可塑性,虽烧结砖的线性收缩和吸水性有所增加,抗压强度有所减小,但能达到国家标准的MU15等级的烧结砖要求,结合产品性能及工艺考虑,膨润土以10%的掺量为宜.

Various content amounts of bentonite (5%~25%) were used to enhance the plasticity of red sandstone and the effects on its performance with red sandstone and fly ash with raw materials, linear shrinkage percentages and compressive strength were investigated. The result showed that the adding bentonite could improve the plasticity of the blank, increase the linear shrinkage and water absorption, and reduce compressive strength of the brick, but the performance of the brick still met the national standards sintering bricks of MU15. Through production technology and performance of sintering brick, the content amounts of bentonite should be about 10%.
