目的:鉴定从富含废弃右旋磷霉素的土壤中分离得到的一株代谢产物抗大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的好氧细菌HF-1127.方法:研究该菌株的形态、培养特征、生理生化特征和遗传特性,并将此菌株的16S rDNA序列在GenBank中进行序列比对.结果:菌株HF-1127与藤黄单胞菌(Luteimonas sp.)的特征一致,16S rDNA序列比对结果显示其与藤黄单胞菌(Luteimonas sp.)的序列的相似性为99%;以相似性性为基础构建系统发育树,分析表明菌株与Luteimonas sp.同源关系最近.结论:细菌HF-1127为一株藤黄单胞菌(Luteimonas),且其代谢产物具有抗菌活性.

Objective: An aerobic strain HF-1127 has been identified.It was screened from soil samples from a pharmaceutical factory where(+)fosfomycin has been piled up and the products of its metabolism showed a inhibitory activity of against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.Method: Its Morphologic,cultural,physiological-biochemical and genetic characteristics has been investigated, and the 16S rDNA sequence has been compared with the data in Genbank.Result: It had the same characteristics with Luteimonas sp.,and its 16S rDNA sequence showed the similarity of 99% between this strain and Luteimonas sp..Phylogenetic tree based on the similarity was established and the analysis confirmed that the strain had the closest relationship with Luteimonas sp.CHNTR51.Conclusion: The strain HF-1127 was identified to be a Luteimonas with the characteristic of antibacterial activity.
