研究了富营养化水体中有机酚及光照强度等对修复生物的影响.结果表明,充足的光照可以有效地提高水网藻对水中有机酚的抗性、加速苯酚的降解、增加活性氧产率、降低细胞质膜的电解质透性并且增强多糖的代谢;而高于50 mg/Ll的苯酚会导致水网藻细胞质膜电解质透性显著增强、多糖含量降低,进而对水网藻产生不可逆性损伤.
研究瞭富營養化水體中有機酚及光照彊度等對脩複生物的影響.結果錶明,充足的光照可以有效地提高水網藻對水中有機酚的抗性、加速苯酚的降解、增加活性氧產率、降低細胞質膜的電解質透性併且增彊多糖的代謝;而高于50 mg/Ll的苯酚會導緻水網藻細胞質膜電解質透性顯著增彊、多糖含量降低,進而對水網藻產生不可逆性損傷.

The effects of organic phenol in the eutrophic water and light intensity on the remediation plants were studied.The results showed that adequate illumination can effectively improve the resistance of Hydrodic-tyon reticulatum to organic phenol in the water,speed up the degradation of phenol,increase the productivity of active oxygen,reduce the electrolyte permeability of plasma membrane and enhance the metabolism of polysac-charide.The concentration of phenol more than 50 mg/L can enhance the electrolyte permeability dramatically and decrease the polysaccharide content thereby causing the irreversible damage to H.reticulatum.
